Back in 2004 I created the brand of Walking TALL, designed to help professionals develop and express their unique personal brand. Over time, Walking TALL has become the cornerstone of my own brand and reputation, and the foundation of my work with leaders around the world.
Today I am known for my Executive Branding and Leadership Growth programs, supporting senior leaders and their teams to lead with clarity, credibility and impact during periods of transformation.
My work focuses on the powerful connection between leadership brand, behavior and growth. By helping leaders align how they show up with the behaviors that enable high-performance teams, I support organizations in turning intention into real outcomes. I am a highly experienced international keynote speaker. I understand how to tailor a presentation to suit your theme, audience and diversity of culture. I’ve been lucky enough to have so far spoken in 28 countries and 5 continents, including Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia and extensively in Europe and North America.
Drawing on decades of experience working with leaders across industries, I share practical insights and memorable frameworks that help audiences understand how leadership brand and behavior influence culture, collaboration and growth. Audiences leave with clear ideas they can immediately apply in their leadership and organizations.
